C7520

I’m another one who’s C7520 has stopped printing black as described by so many others. Tried all the instructions in a theHP support sites and nothing helped. Tried new cartridges, yes cartridges, just thought the 1st one was for some reason dried up. 

my child is doing school work from home due to isolation and it’s a bad time for this to happen. 
no, out of warranty, but has been a good printer over the years but selected a bad time to lay down on the job. 

I need a solution quickly or I’ll have to purchase anew printer and it will not be a HP since it appears they are not addressing this issue.
