THIS MORNING I HAVE TRY TO PRINT SOME DOCUMENTS BUT IS LOCKED BECAUSE THERE IS THE ERROR ABOUT THE COLOR CARTBRIDGE.
THE MESSAGE ASK TO REPLACE BECAUSE IS EMPTY BUT IT'S NOT TRUE I USED UNITL YESTERDAY AND THE CARTBRIDGE IS AT MIDDLE LEVEL . NOW I PUT A NEW CARTBRIDGE FOR THE TEST AND IT'S OK , WHEN I PUT THE OLD ONE I HAVE THE ERROR .DEFECT OF CARTBRIDGE ?

Yes, very possible you have a defective cartridge.

It depends, if covered with a warranty and you have proof of purchase you can contact the seller for reimbursement.
