I live in an apartment and the internet is included. So, I don't have router in my apartment.

I'm having trouble connecting my Envy 7100 series to the wifi.

it shows my network but it doesn't open the passcode window. and consequently do not connect.

Do you have other devices connected to this Network?

Please restore the Printer's Network Settings back to default

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restore the printer to the original network settings

Next run the wireless Setup Wizard again
