@3mili0, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printhead failure issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP printer is experiencing a printhead failure, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve hardware issues.

  • Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord and wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer by pressing the Power button.

Check Printhead Installation: Ensure the printheads are properly installed.

  • Open the front door and the printhead access door.
  • Make sure the printheads latch is properly closed, and the print carriage is not obstructed.
  • Remove and reinsert the printheads securely. Ensure there is no orange plug or plastic tape on them.
  • Close the printhead access door and the front door.

Replace the Printhead: If the issue persists, you might need to replace the printhead.

  • Follow the replacement instructions found in your printer's user manual or visit your printer’s support page for a detailed guide.
  • Make sure you are using the correct HP printheads for your printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
