HP Recommended

Laserjet printer now obsolete so HP tech support would not help.  CM2320mf MFP.  Just replaced the black toner cartridge with a brand new HP cartridge.  The 3 color cartridges have been empty for all long time.  Just print in b&w.  When I try to print it calibrates and won't stop.  I don't want to buy 3 new color cartridges due to cost and the fact that it might not fix the problem.  Is there anything I can do short of purchasing a new machine?  I have a brand new $168 black toner cartridge that won't fit in any new machine. TYIA

HP Recommended

The printer needs all 4 colors to calibrate, if you are missing the 3 colors it will never calibrate. It's cheaper to buy a new black and white multifunction printer then buying 3 color toner cartridges for 15 year old printer, it's not worth buying cartridges.
