I spoke to one of the call centre agents in HP named Maria about my concern in my bills. However at then middle of conversation, she hang up the phone. When I call again, luckily the same agent answered my phone call but her voice is a bit aggressive which I find it very rude. Still I remain calm and speak to her to solve my concern which is about my bill.

You spoke to someone.  That's something!  The rest of us are out here trying to resolve issues and can't talk to anyone.  Obviously HP is not interested in customer service or customer satisfaction.
