I have Windows 11 installed on my HP workstation and I use a HP 7130 printer. When I use the snipping tool I sometimes wish to change the print options on my HP printer. I click on more settings in the snipping tool app and the HP printer options window comes up. However, after about a second the details of the fields in the HP printer window disappear. I am left with the HP printer window displayed with empty fields and I am unable to select any HP printer options. I am still able to print from the snipping tool using only the snipping tool options. My laptop has Windows 10 installed and I am able to open and use the HP printer options window from the snipping tool app without any problem.

I could save the snip as a PDF, but that does not solve the problem with the HP options window when called from the snipping tool app.
