You can try contacting an agent or finding a friend but be prepared to pay if not in warranty
your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Copilot uses a microphone and accepts several languages. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also HP's smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions.
You posted under printing errors and lights. Usually that indicates the printer is not on the network. if you can provide the printer model I may be able to find a video or two that shows how to connect to a network. There are also unboxing and initial setup videos.
