Can't get network (wired or wireless) to work on an Officejet 8710

HP Recommended
Officejet 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am an IT person and have tried everything I've found on the web but cannot get the network to work (wired or wireless)

There is no WIRELESS SETUP option on the printer menu

Pressing the back arrow 4 times doesn't do anything

The Wireless Network Test Results printout says that Wireless On = DISABLED

I've connected the printer to my laptop via USB but I'd rather use wifi

Any other secrets you have????

@JeanJ, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If the wireless option on the printer is missing, you will have to access the EWS page of the printer to activate it.

To access the EWS page, the printer should be on a network. If you have an ethernet cable, connect the printer and the router using the cable and obtain the IP address of the printer to enter in a web browser.

If you do not have an ethernet cable, the only other option is to perform a reset on the printer which you have already tried.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance.
