While I have always been able to print 4x6 photos, using the photo tray, I can not get it to print 5x7 photos!  It is so annoying.  I've tried loading the 5x7 paper in both the main tray or the photo tray, but neither works, it wants letter size paper.  Please help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

What is the paper weight and type here? What is the application being used?

Make sure your Printer supports by checking the paper handling section of your Printer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-6520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5169038/model/51...

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks!

Have a great day!

I'm using 5x7 HP photo paper, same paper as my 4x6, which works every time.  I did find a solution.  I had to open the photos app on my iMac, make sure the size was 5x7 and hit print.  It wouldn't print 5x7 from my iPhone, nor would it print from preview on my iMac (4x6 works both ways), but at least I finally figured it out!  Thank you for your response!
