I have a ENVY Photo 7855. It stopped printing in the middle of a job. I tried again, and it printed a few pages of a job and stopped again. Eventually, it stopped printing altogether. I use the app on my phone for printing. Now when I send a job to print, it says "waiting" and it closes down the app. At one point, it said to clear the cache because the app had a bug. There are no pending jobs in the printer, even though I hit print multiple times. I also cannot copy anymore. It does not recognize the page size. When I go to the settings for the print job, it doesn't have "letter" as a size option and that's what I am trying to use. I have shut down and unplugged the printer a few times. I cleared the cache in the app, deleted any kind of storage in the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I also checked the printer updates and it says it's up to date. I realigned the cartridges and it all seems OK. I can no longer print or copy.
