You mentioned it wasn't printing from your ipad but you also mentioned Windows operating system. Are your windows PC's printing just fine?
If the windows PCs print ok then try setting the iPad to use WiFi direct
Get a network report and find the SSID and password for wifi direct
You can get the PIN and any passwords from a printer report as described on page 9 of the users manual.
