Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to print a photo using tray 2 and 11x17 paper. I am printing from the Microsoft photo app. It will not recognize the 11x17 paper tray. It only lists Tray 1 and Photo Tray. I have selected Automatically Detect and Photo Tray, but neither will print my photo.

I have tried shutting down the printer and restarting. Still doesn't work.

Help.

Tray selection problems often arise if a Windows Update has replaced the HP driver with a default Microsoft driver such as a IPP driver. Make sure you are using the correct HP driver.
