I am recycling my old printers (HP Photosmart 5522 and my DeskJet 1000). I would like to take the printer name off of "My Devices". When I click the button that says "Remove Devices" it gives me an error messages and says it cant be done. Is this feature temporarily not working? Will it be fixed?. I would like to remove these for my security and safety preferences, I was told by another tech support person it was not really necessary to remove these items from the "My Devices" list. I already removed the devices from my HP Smart App, HP Utilities App for Mac, and Printers and Scanners under settings in Mac (I would prefer if an HP support tech would respond, and guide me)
Thank you for your time!

@TSES1991, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you would like to remove the old printers from the list. Try using a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox and check if that helps.
If the issue persists, wait for 2-3 days and try again as the server may not be responding.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Thank you Kumar0307 for the reply..Very helpful! I tried every web-browser (Google Chrome) and Firefox... It is still not responding and I'm still getting the error message. I have been checking every 2-3 days and nothing yet. If I need any more help or any other questions I'll contact you, and let you know how it goes.
(P.S. HP customer support has been excellent, and I appreciate that. I have been on the phone with HP support over some printer issues in the past, and they have been supportive and great customer service. Even the HP community page has been helpful to me regarding HP support)
Thank you for your time and support!
