I have a Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4302fdq that I can't turn on.

I have tryed 2 diffrend cabels, have had it unplugged for over 10 minutes and then tried again but with the same result (no result).

Is there a way I can try to get it powered up again?

If your HP Color LaserJet Pro is not turning on, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to identify and possibly resolve the issue:

  1. Check the Power Source:

    • Ensure that the power outlet you are using is functioning by testing it with another device.
    • Try plugging the printer into a different outlet to rule out an issue with the power socket.
  2. Inspect Power Cable:

    • Although you have already tried different cables, ensure they are securely connected to both the power source and printer.
    • Check for any visible signs of damage on the cables.
  3. Use an Alternative Power Adapter:

    • If your printer uses an external power adapter, consider testing with a similar adapter, ensuring it matches specifications.
  4. Perform a Hard Reset:

    • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
    • Wait for about 60 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and then to the wall outlet directly, bypassing any surge protectors or power strips.
  5. Check for Any LED Indications:

    • Look for any LED light indications that may appear when you have connected the power. This might give a clue whether the printer is receiving power even if not fully turning on.
  6. Examine the Power Button:

    • Ensure that the power button is not jammed or stuck.
    • Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to see if the printer responds.
  7. Evaluate Internal Components:

    • Verify that no foreign objects have impeded the internal components or mechanisms of the printer.
    • Open all covers and inspect for paper jams or other obstacles.

I hope this helps!
