Does anyone have an idea of how to contact HP support?

I have worked with a Virtual Agent four times - at no point can I get a human being on the phone. The printer is covered under warranty, and I am trying to arrange a replacement (it will not connect to the computer in any way - it is attached by ethernet, USB, and WiFi). Recently both the touchscreen on the printer and the flatbed scanner have stopped working as well, so now I can't even make copies.

The printer worked fine for two months before very suddenly having issues. First it was slow printing, then the HP software on the computer no longer recognized the printer, and it has continued to go downhill from there.

I have Troubleshooted with the Virtual Agent, tried HP's support number (which claims it was disconnected), and now I am at a total loss. I need a functioning printer, and I can't buy one out of my pocket for my employer. Thank you.
