Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M148dw

 I have a new Laser Jet printer "Laser Jet Pro MFP M148dw" . It will not print anything. It keeps saying " Status Unknown".

It also has a brand new  cartridge.

@Costaricamike, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Are you using a MAC or a Win PC?

How is the printer connected?

Check the connectivity between the printer and the computer.
