HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

I am getting the blinking E0 error indicating that my cartridges are wrong. Both light indicators are on when I open the lid, as though both cartridges are wrong. My cartridges are nearly new, however, and they are HP brand and the correct type for my printer as I have the ink subscription and was using this printer successfully the other day. I had to reset my wifi password and this error came up after I re-set up the printer. I have followed all of the advice about removing the cartridges, cleaning the contacts, taking out the power cable for a time and then re-plugging in, etc. and yet I still cannot get this error to go away. Appreciate any other ideas on how I can fix this.
