Cannot print C6 envelopes on HP OffieJet Pro 6960

Trying to print my wedding invitations envelopes on C6 envelopes. Using Microsoft word envelope guide, I have it set to C6 envelope on both the settings in word and on the printer. When I attempt to print the printer asks me to load Plain Paper Envelope C6 in to the printer but they are already in there! I have checked how to load them correctly and they are in there the right way and everything but it just don't want to work!

Hi,

When you close the paper tray, evaluate the shown prompt, and make sure you select Envelope C6 Size from the list or Custom.

Also, make sure you select Envelope C6 from the File > Print dialog from MS Word, click Printer Properties, and verify the Paper Settings.

Thanks for the suggestion. As already stated both the printer and the word document are both set to the correct envelope size but the printer keeps stating that the envelope inserted is wrong. I have attempted to do these settings again just to double check and it is still unsuccessful

Thanks for clarifying, could you please measure the envelope and clarify its exact size in millimeters or inches?
