macOS 10.15 Catalina

My HP ENVY 5055 keeps giving me the message “ cannot print. Connect printer to update HP INSTANT INK STATUS.” And it’s connected to my WiFi fine.

Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'Connect Printer to Update Status' Message Displays.
