Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried all kinds of downloads and virtual agents but still cannot print a pdf. I never had this trouble before but some upgrade must have occurred that does not allow it, have had this problem for a bout a month and I need help and cannot talk to a live person since the printer is out of warranty since oct 2019.. when I tried to download a new driver it said I did not have permission to download it to my PC even thought it is my PC.  Does anyone know a fix?  I can print from Word just fine!

Are you able to print other PDF files?

What program are you using to print?
