Can't change my email adress in my account

If you want to change the email address associated with your HP account, follow these steps depending on whether you're using the HP Smart app or the HP website:

Change Email via HP Smart Account (Web or App)

  1. Go to HP Smart and sign in.
  2. Click your Account icon (usually in the top-right corner).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Account Information.
  5. Click the Edit icon next to your Primary Email Address.
  6. Enter your new email address and click Save.
  7. You may be asked to verify the new email via a confirmation link


Change Email via HP Website (My Account)

  1. Visit www.hp.com and click Sign In (top-right).
  2. Log in with your current HP account.
  3. Go to My Account > Profile or Account Settings.
  4. Look for the Email Address field and click Edit.
  5. Enter your new email, confirm it, and follow any verification steps
