Cant get my printer to work

I have an envy 5055, it worked once and will never work again.

 

ive reinstalled all the drivers and it says its working and connected, but when I try to print something it just says printing but nothing ever happenss

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you - 

 

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  2.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?

 

Let's try a power reset on the printer

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
