@Dmitriy_Kriger1,Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Adobe PDF Printing Issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If you're experiencing issues with printing PDF documents from Adobe where the printer begins the job but then shuts off, here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
Update Adobe Acrobat/Reader:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader as updates often resolve bugs that might be causing your issue.
Check Printer Firmware:
- Update the printer firmware to the latest version. You can usually find firmware updates by checking from the printer control panel, using the HP app, or visiting the HP Software and Driver Downloads.
Print as Image:
- In Adobe Reader or Acrobat, try printing the document as an image. This option can sometimes resolve complex print jobs that are not printing correctly.
- Go to File > Print. Click on the "Advanced" button and select "Print as Image."
Check PDF for Complex Elements:
- Some PDF documents contain complex elements that certain printers struggle to process. Try simplifying the document if possible, such as reducing graphic complexity or flattening layers.
Change Printer Settings:
- Open the print dialog and adjust settings such as color mode and paper type. Set the printer driver to not manage colors (select "Printer Manages Colors") and verify other settings like paper source and duplex printing.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your printer, computer, and router to clear any error states that might be affecting the printing process.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
