Hello, whenever im trying to print a photo, or any other job with colours it comes out black and white only.

When printing on photopaper its also just black and white but also very bright so theres 0 colours on it. Ive had this problem for a while and i tried pretty much everything but buying new ink. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is the problem the ink im using right now? (its original sent from HP ofc) Ive had this problem since a long time as i said, it might be since i last changed the ink i cant remember..

@Spash147, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. If you have already tried all the steps replacing ink would be the next recommendation.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
