Cant print

Officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error Message: cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in Hp instant ink. Printer refuses to print,keeps coming up with that message. Tried to restore to defaults but still won't print please help

@Zipp27549, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink? If yes, check if the printer is connected to the internet.

If the printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink, turn off the web services.

Click here to know how to turn off web services on the printer. 

Make sure you are not using HP Instant Ink cartridges in the printer to print. You have to use regular HP ink cartridges.

Try printing.
