Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I guess my printer has its firmware corrupted and only boots up with 'Wait Image' . If i try to update the firmware then it looks like its working but the printer says 'Image Error Reset Printer' . This is crazy that Im having so much trouble with this I feel like throwing this printer out the window! It was working pretty good most of the time until now and its completely unusable!
