HP Recommended

I have an HP 6230 printer and have tried changing the paper settings but I do not have a cardstock option. I have tried other paper and something else and nothing is working. It pulls the paper in and sounds like its printing but it won't bend to go forward so nothing prints and then it quits working and I have to shut it off and reset it.

Thank you for any help.

That printer model doesn't support printing on cardstock, that is why there is no cardstock option and the printer can't bend to pull the cardstock from the tray.
