Hi @nirmalkrghosh69,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're encountering a cartridge failure issue with your HP Ink Tank Wireless 419, here are some steps to troubleshoot:
Check Cartridge Installation:
- Open the cartridge access door and ensure that the cartridges are correctly installed and seated properly.
Clean Cartridge Contacts:
- Power off the printer and unplug it.
- Remove the cartridges and gently clean the electrical contacts on both the cartridges and the printer using a lint-free cloth or a cotton swab lightly moistened with water. Avoid touching the nozzles.
Inspect Cartridges for Damage:
- Check the cartridges for any visible signs of damage or leakage. If a cartridge appears damaged, it may need to be replaced.
Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Sometimes, updating the printer’s firmware can resolve compatibility issues. Visit the HP support website and download the latest firmware for your model.
Reset Printer:
- Power off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.
Replace Cartridges:
- If the issue persists, try replacing the cartridges with new, genuine HP cartridges to see if that resolves the problem.
Check for Firmware Issues:
- If you've recently updated the printer's firmware, it might be worth checking if there’s a known issue or rolling back to a previous version.
