Bjr je viens de changer mes cartouches HP 963 l’affiche dit que une manque c’est soit la bleu soit la jaune !! La rouge est déjà descendu à moitié sans que j’utilise l’imprimante ! La noire a fini par être reconnue. Je ne peux ni lancer un nettoyage des têtes d’impression ni rien ! 120€ et j’avais acheté une noire neuve qui ne marchait pas avec les couleurs qui n’étaient plus pleines !!! J’ai perdu une après-midi. Qui peut m’aider ? SVP ?
