Hello, 

 

When I pulled an ink cartridge out of my HP Deskjet 3700 series the little plastic latch that holds the cartridge in place came out and when I detached it, it fell and I lost it. Now I am getting an error message that there is an issue with my cartridges and I cannot print. 

 

I have tried looking everywhere for this replacement piece with no luck. Any suggestions?
