HP ENVY 5000 SERIES

Hi, My HP ENVY 5000 has read "at least one of the cartridges has a problem" for a month or so now. I've ordered NEW cartridges and the problem remains. I make sure to handle them carefully and remove the plastic covering. Ive wiped them down. I've tried updating the software on my printer. I truly don't know what to try next and I cant afford to purchase any more cartridges to test out!!!! Please help!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
