Cartridge can’t be used until Printer is in rolled in the HP instant ink

macOS 10.15 Catalina

I hope you can help. Suddenly my printer is saying that they won’t allow me to use my printer unless I enroll in the HP instant Ink program. I am already enrolled and that’s how I receive all of my cartridges. No one seems to know what to do.

 

Has anyone had that problem and how do you fix it?
