I am using HP instant ink for around 1.5 years . Recently I have reconfigured my router and changed the name and password. After configuring the printer to the the new network, it was not showing in any of the devices on the network. I tried restoring the network settings, but after that, I cann't even print "Printer Info" page and getting “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink” message . I tried following all the steps in blog https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/Cartridge-cannot-be-used-until-printer-is-enro... along with steps suggested in the comments, but still no luck. In HP Instant Ink account, the printer is still enrolled, but the status is showing "unknown". Kindly look at it asap . If not resolved, please cancel the subscription immediately.
