Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600. I recently replaced the cartridge, cleaned the sensors and everything as instructed, replaced and purchased a new cartridge, unplugged the printer. Even after going through the suggested instructions to fix the error. The error still shows and states that the cartridge needs to be replaced.
