My black cartridge is showing as having an error. I have tried all fixes I can find online (restarting, cleaning cartridge) to no avail and need a replacement cartridge urgently. I have tried to contact a support agent via the virtual agent but always the support centre is closed. As with many other users I just need a replacement and there needs to be a better facility to arrange this.
