Product: HP 7740
Operating System: Chrome OS
I replaced my third party printer cartridges (with the same type) and am now getting the following error showing for all 4 cartridges on the HP 7740: "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed"
The cartridges are: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RGHHX1C IKONG Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 952XL 952 XL Use with OfficeJet Pro 8710 8720 8740 8730 7740 8210 8715 8216 8725 8702 Printer 5-Pack.
I was previously using this cartridge successfully and this problem only appeared after replacing the cartridges.
According to https://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/asin/B07RGHHX1C/2 you can ignore this error and press Hide. However, when I try to print, the error comes up again, and nothing prints. The printer web page lists "cartridge failure".
I recently updated the firmware to the 2020-02-10 build for our printer and I'm wondering if this could be causing the issue.
