We got a incompatibility problem with cartridge when we moved country. We tried calling the support center for hours, but they did not know how to help. We found in the forum that we need an reseting code, so we called again and asked them for it, but still they did not know how to help and in the end told us that they were not allowed to stay on with us more than 10 minutes. We saw that lots of people had
the same problem, which makes it even more surprising the ***bleep*** of the HP support. Could someone please give us some help about how to get this reset code and resolve this issue?

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
