I’m trying to use HP 304 cartridge with a HP deskjet 3720 bought from HK, but it says incompatible cartridge even though both 65 and 304 cartridges should be compatible with deskjet 3720. What can I do to get this fixed

Hi @AanjSp,
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer for it to accept cartridges from another region.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer.
