My black cartridge is not working and only printing colour

@Aaditi2 Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that you are unable to print in black color.

 

Please let us know if you are using HP genuine ink cartridges.

 

Are you able to make the black photocopy without any issue?

 

Please Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page, and then evaluate the results.

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Please replace the black ink cartridge and check.
