Cartridge missing or damaged

Photosmart Plus B210E, "Cartridge damaged or Missing" error. Replaced cartridge, powered off and on, unplugged and repowered, nothing changes message.

@Dannysey, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Are you using HP ink cartridges?
  • Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, insert the old ink cartridge and check for the error. By this, we can conclude if the new ink cartridge is defective.
