I have wasted so many hours on HP printers this year!!
My 9120e is new in August. I signed up for Instant Ink but decided to cancel it a week ago before the free trial expired this week. Ever since then, I am unable to print due to "cartridge or account issue". I installed new cartridges (not Instant ink) to no avail. My account page shows no problems and no money owed. HP Smart (NOT SO SMART) is no help. I removed and reinstalled the printer several times.
WI-FI Network Test Results show WI-FI working but not connected to the Internet? I am confident the printer and computer are connected to the same WI-FI. I unplugged for 2 minutes. I did a factory reset. Nothing! ARRRGGGHHH! Do I need to call the Geek Squad? I'm using a different HP printer with WI-FI successfully.
How can I reach a person at HP for help?
