Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since my photos are lacking color, I did a Clean Cartridges.  I repeated this 3 times with the same results: magenta flawed.  This is an XL64 and the correct one called for in my printer setup.  Even tho'  the cartridges show "full", should I just buy a new color cartridge?

I understand that you are facing a print quality issues.

 

Please let us know if you are able to make the photocopy without any issue.

 

If you have the same issue while making the photocopy. Replace the color ink cartridge.
