I have paid for my monthly subscription, and my printer has ink and paper and all my devices say that my printer is online, connected and ready to print. However, when I send it to the printer it says error: Check your account: A problem has occured with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resoloved. But when I go to my account it shows that everything is fine. Can someone please help me?
