I am trying to cleaning the printheads but when I click on this it just keeps coming up with the error "Cleaning cannot initiate"  It says to make sure the printer is online and not processing any jobs.  It is online and nothing is printing.  Help!

Welcome to HP forums, I see that Cleaning cannot initiate error message.

 

Turn off the All-in-One, and then on again.

  1. Press the Power button to turn off the printer. If the printer does not turn off, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  2. Wait 60 seconds.

  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

  4. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware
