@Janey60, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble printing from your phone to your HP ENVY 6000 and want to clear the print list. Let's walk through both issues step by step:

To Clear the Print Queue (Print List):

If you're using Windows:

  1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Scroll down and right-click Print Spooler, then click Stop.
  3. Open File Explorer and go to:
    C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
    (You may need admin permission.)
  4. Delete all files in this folder.
  5. Go back to Services, right-click Print Spooler, and click Start.
  6. Restart your computer and printer.

To Fix Phone Connection Issues:

If you're printing from a mobile device, follow these steps:

Step 1: Use the HP Smart App

  • Download the HP Smart app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Open the app and tap Add Printer.
  • Make sure your phone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 2: Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode on Printer

If your printer isn’t showing up:

  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons on the printer for 5 seconds.
  2. Wait for the Wi-Fi light to blink blue – this means it's in setup mode.
  3. Go back to the HP Smart app and try adding the printer again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
