j'ai cette erreur à l'installation de l'imprimante HP LaserJet M140we

Code d'erreur : OW_4XX_OWSWS00001

 

Par ailleurs, le voyant d'avertissement "!" orange de l'imprimante clignotte sans cesse.

 

Que faire ?
