Hello I got a printer from someone else and I tried on my laptop Apple computer and Apple phone to connect it with the WiFi but keeps asking for a 8 code number which we don’t have and the person that I got it doesn’t know the code either with him computer it connected but my computer laptop or phone it won’t connect can’t find the WiFi I tried to search on YouTube and dit the hard reset and still it won’t work can somebody tell me what to do ?
