Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw only printing in greyscale or monochrome, colour option not available!

 

I've attempted to uninstall and reinstall current driver from website but didn't make a difference! Frustrating!!

G´day mate,

 

If you have a Windows system then try to install next driver:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/LES/M277/HP_Color_LJ_Pro_MFP_M277-full-solution-22047.exe

 

And if you have Macbook system then try to install the next:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Admin.app.zip

This is the updated driver I installed but it still only shows greyscale and monochrome as options for printing! 😞
