Product: Example: HP OfficeJet 4580 All in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new color print cartridge (from HP) and when I replaced it, no color comes out.  The device will not align properly.

Are you using the HP Officejet 4650 All-in-One Printer?

What is the cartridge number you purchased?
